When putting on serious size and strength increase your protein and calorie intake.
It takes 3500 calories to make up one lb of mass. If you are eating the equivalent or less than that a day YOU WILL NOT GAIN WEIGHT. Starting today I want you to add 3 more meals to your diet. We're not changing the way you eat. we're adding more food. This is not a sugar cutting, meat tossing, get rid of fast food diet. This is the add more food into my stomach approach. If you want to lose fat go join weight watchers.
Cause after we destroy our muscles we're going to build them up with a shit ton of food!
Now don't go crazy with burgers and things, but do try and keep your 3 main meals with 3 more tiny meals a day.
I would shoot for 5000 calories a day. Too much? Then do some thing else... This is not for the faint of heart.
Your protein intake should equal your body weight. If you weigh 175 lbs. You need 175 grams of protein a day.
The SHORT CUT in gaining weight IS POSSIBLE. For instance: 1 gallon of milk a day is 2300 calories and a probably over 150 grams of protein. That's more than half of what you need. You might feel bloated, and a little gassy..;) BUT IT WORKS!!
